Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at topbd20@hotmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Return Eligibility

If the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we are happy to accept returns, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your full refund within 3–5 working days.
